• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled shoot may forfeit the deposit.

• All content created by Tripod Production Studios Limited remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for agreed-upon purposes.

5. Liability

• While we take all reasonable precautions, Tripod Production Studios Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Drone footage is subject to legal restrictions, and we comply with all regulations.
